please read the following refund policy to avail a refund from us.
Full Refund including Shipping Charges:
- The Order is not Processed
- The order is in process and being packed but not left our premisies for Courier Handover.
Full Refund without Shipping Charges:
- If an order is processed for delivery and then returned to us for a refund, we can refund only the cost of the products and not the shipping charge.
- If you find the product is not as ordered Such orders are entitled to a refund only after investigation or we will redispatch wothout shipping Cost.
- If the customer informs us immediately upon receipt for the order (within 2 days) and returns the products in an unused and in the original packing.
- If the customer informs us of faulty products (within 5 days upon receipt for the order ) and returns the products by their own.
- If parcel fails to be delivered to the customer, it is usually returned to us and we can refund after deducting shipping cost.
- If a parcel is lost in transit, we take up a missing parcel case with the courier company. This requires us to wait for at least 45 days after the parcel has been booked. If a parcel is lost in transit, we can offer a full refund. We cannot refund or replace parcels that were not delivered because they were not picked up in time, or if we were given a wrong address.
If a customer is entitled to a refund from us, we will process the refund through cash deposit/NEFT.
