Product introduction:
In the process of circuit signal transmission, the voltage signal will become weaker as the transmission distance increases, and the current transmission can prevent the signal from becoming weaker. This module is used for the end of current signal transmission, and converts the signal into a voltage signal for single-chip detection. Current input supports 4-20Ma, 0-20mA. Voltage output supports 0-3.3V 0-5V 0-10V.
 
Product parameters:
Working voltage: 7-36V DC (if the output is to 10V, the supply voltage must be greater than 12V)
Input current: 4-20Ma/0-20mA
Output voltage: 0-3.3V 0-5V 0-10V
 
Instructions for use:
1. The module is wired according to the definition, and the power supply voltage is 7-36V (if the output is to 10V, the power supply voltage must be greater than 12V)
2. After power on, the D2 light should be on, otherwise please check the cable connection. The board is provided with reverse connection protection, and the reverse connection will not burn.
3. When the current input is the minimum (0mA or 4mA), adjust the ZERO potentiometer to make the VOUT output to the minimum (0.0V or other voltage)
4. When the current input is the maximum value (20mA), adjust the SPAN potentiometer to make the VoUT output to the maximum value (3.3V or 5V or 10V, when the input is 4-20ma, the output can be as low as 2.5V).
 
Jumper cap range selection:
4--20ma:
0-2.5V range: J1 short-circuited on pin 1, 2 and 3, 4
0--3.3V range: J1 pin 1 and pin 2 are disconnected, pin 3 and pin 4 are disconnected
0--5.0V range: J1 short-circuited on pin 1, 2 and 3, 4
0--10.0V range: J1 pin 1 and pin 2 are shorted, pin 3 and pin 4 are disconnected
 
0-- 20ma:
0--3.3V range: J1 short-circuited on pin 1, 2 and short-circuited on pin 3 and 4
0-- 5.0V range: J1 short-circuited on pins 1, 2 and 3, 4
